Registration Instructions

Registration for PPB09 is closed.

Go to the registration form to enter a new registration or go to login to retrieve and further update your information.

Registration Fee

The late registration fee of €1400 covers all conference materials and coffee breaks, the Welcome Reception, tour of the island and the Closing Dinner on Thursday evening May 14th. Transportation to and from the airport is also included in the fee (arrival and departure info is needed). The number of participants at the conference is limited to 150.

Registration Fee for accompanying guest


The accompanying guest fee of €300, covers return transportation from the airport, the Welcome Reception, the Island tour and the Closing Dinner.

Accommodation


The cost of accommodation, standard room, per night is €160, single occupancy, and €240 double occupancy
and includes full board, local taxes and services. The cost for a third person, age 13 and above, is €80 per night.
Max 2 children, 2 - 12 years of age, are free with double occupancy. Free babycot supplied for a child under 2 years of age.

If you have special accommodation needs, please, send us an e-mail. If you wish to extend your stay, the same rate will be honored before and after the meeting.

Optional tours
are dependent on a minimum number of guests. If you wish to join a tour, please register now.

Using credit card

VISA and MasterCard/EuroCard are accepted as payment. Please supply the relevant information by registering online or on a printed registration form. The form can be downloaded here and then faxed to the Secretariat (+46 702 733643).

Credit card payments will be debited in Euro (€).

We will send an invoice in SEK, using the official bank rate and which includes VAT.
You can pay to B.O. Conference Service, Uppsala at bankgiro 5645-9357.


All payments should have notification ”PPB09” and the name of the participant.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the meeting you have two options:

1. We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at any time. Please inform us in advance.

2. If you have to cancel, we can offer a refund less 15% administration fee of the total payment (registration fee and
accommodation cost). Cancellation must be received in writing before April 11, 2009. All refunds will be processed after the meeting.
